A graduate of the tourism school of Thessaloniki with a degree in culinary arts, while in 2008 the love for pastry led me back to school and in 2009 I received the Pastry Chef degree. I've worked for a number of years in large hotel's and award-winning restaurants throughout Greece and since 2017 I have entered the field of tourism education as an instructor. As a genuine food lover I do not hesitate to experiment with raw materials and techniques, marrying the traditional with the modern.
