With 20 years experience in traditional Greek and European modern cuzine as an in michelin star and fine dining restaurants , hotels in Greece and England I have extensive cooking knowledge in all areas of the kitchen from breakfast/brunch / comfort and fine dining. I enjoy work with seafood and fire and combine traditional cooking methods with modern techniques.
I am adaptable in any occasion and I like to combine ingredients and expirience from my travels and childhood memories.
I like to work with professionalism in a calm environments and to ensure that no plate leaves the kitchen less than perfect!
