As a chef my passion has always been to create meals that brings people together , meals that tells a story and leaves lasting memories.
After many years of experience working in restaurants across both the capital and the islands of Greece, I came to a realization private dining brings me closer to the guest. It creates a more personal, more vibrant experience for both of us.
I studied at one of the top culinary schools in Greece and have spent years working alongside some of the country’s most acclaimed chefs. These experiences shaped my technique, deepened my understanding of flavor, and strengthened my passion for the art of cooking.
That passion, combined with the meaningful relationships I’ve built with local producers, allows me to seek out the purest, most seasonal ingredients. With creativity and love, I craft dishes that aim to offer not just taste, but emotion.
Seeing the smile on someone’s face when they try my food is the kind of satisfaction that stays with me it’s what makes me feel fulfilled when closing my kitchen at the end of the day. My true joy lies in capturing that sense of delight on my guests’ faces and taking them on a journey through flavor.
