Alan was amazing. His food was absolutely insane, every single course (and surprise course!!) was utterly delicious. He was extremely helpful in putting the menu together beforehand when people in our party of 14 couldn't eat something. He arrived with his assistant and I wasn't allowed to lift a finger, he literally just got on with everything without hesitation and when they left it was like they hadn't even been there, it was spotless! Darius cooked for me and my husband to celebrate his 30th birthday. What an evening we had! Darius was so friendly and relaxed he is clearly an expert in what he does. Chef Alex produced an outstanding four-course dinner for 11 people, for our family celebration. His initial menu options were many and all sounded delicious. WOW! Davide made us the best meal we had in Puglia. The food was fresh, unique and absolutely delicious.
