I have been exploring this field for 12 years, transitioning from a designer to the kitchen. These seemingly unrelated professions have inspired me greatly in my subsequent career because the aesthetic appeal of food brings more joy to people. Starting my career in a small kitchen in Majorca by the Mediterranean, I eventually moved to Madrid for upscale dining, encouraged by a steady stream of guests. Within a year, the restaurant was ranked second among foreign restaurants in Madrid and featured in the LV Madrid City Guide. Three years ago, I came to London, hoping to find my place here. I have worked in various hotels and catering companies, aiming to establish a foundation for myself as a private chef.
