I’m a passionate Japanese chef based in London. I have experience in running a market stall, catering as well as private cooking classes.
I am a Japanese chef who seeks passion in all kinds of Japanese food other than sushi. By the influence of my grandparents who ran a Japanese restaurant in central Tokyo, I grew up surrounded by great food. And since moving to UK 16 years ago, I continue to seek joy in creating and having good food, and furthermore, sharing it with others.
