I started my chef journey back in 2002 in France, learning the basis as a commis chef. I then headed to Italy to specialise in Mediterranean cuisine and worked my way up to head chef in 2016. Now, I'm posted in Falkirk, but I'm up to join anywhere in Scotland to offer you unforgettable moments.
