Passionate about food and always look to use seasonal ingredients to ensure the best quality food is used at all times
Driven and talented chef with over 20 years experience in the industry working in award winning restaurants, hotels and most recently football stadia. I manage over 50 staff on a matchday with one of my main duties being a front of house presence, talking to guests and tailoring menus for certain clients. I also do private dining at clients houses, so i am very comfortable either talking with clients or cooking/serving and keeping out of the way. It is always about the client and what they need/want from their experience.
