Hi there! I’m a private chef who turned a love for cooking into a fulfilling new chapter in life. Coming from a background in architecture, I’ve always had a strong eye for design, and now I bring that same creativity and precision to every dish I prepare. For the past two years, I’ve been crafting dinners for groups of 6-10, serving up at least five delicious main dishes per meal.

My specialty is Hong Kong and Cantonese-style hot dishes, but I’m always experimenting and love creating beautiful, flavourful meals that bring people together. It’s incredibly rewarding to see my guests enjoy not just the taste, but also the presentation of each plate! Whether you prefer something more traditional or a fusion of flavours, I’m here to create a memorable dining experience for you.
