I am a professional chef and food consultant with 40 years in the food sector from restaurants to charcuterie products.
I have had my own restaurant in Bristol during the 90's as well as being executive chef in some of the top restaurants in Bristol in the 00's.
I now focus on private dining and giving advice to small restaurants and charcuterie businesses.
