I have been working as a private chef for the past year and a half, and thus far, I love my job! I love expressing and impressing people with my food.
I have spent my life from early days surrounded by food, as my parents use to run a Caribbean takeaway until the 2008 recession hit them. Subconsciously I developed a passion for cooking and decided to pursue it as a career path. I did my chef training at Claridges hotel for two years where I was mentored by Michelin starred chefs, learning a variation of techniques as well as different genres of cuisine.
I love to create fusion and experiment with flavours to create a uniquely eye opening dining experience.
