Currently work as a private chef for a couple in Chelsea, they're moving to Dubai at some point this year so getting myself out there
I have been a private chef for over a year now. I have done private events for businesses and individuals catering for various occasions. I love cooking food with deep flavours; crab curries, bourguignons and making my own sauces and stocks. I collect my fresh produce from the markets around London in the mornings (nighttime). This guarantees restaurant quality meat, fish and veg.
