Studied at west minster kings way college graduated with foundation degree in culinary arts and food science and hospitality management.
In my career I worked from Italian restaurant, French restaurant, fine dining, Mitchellin stared restaurant, hotels, pubs, Holliday site, event catering and private dinings
I first trained as a chef in the early part of my career after 6 years I then decided to start all over but do just pastry,
This has enabled be to become an all round chef there for am more than comfortable in all aspects of producing and excellent menu and and provide an experience for my customers
