I am a Private Chef contracted out at present in the UK.

I have dual citizen ship . Returning to the UK in year of 2017 to be closer to my immediate family.

Having trained at the Woking Cordon Bleu school and qualifying with a Diploma for the eighteen month course.

I gained experience from working in London, Scotland and Greece. Eventually remaining and working in the States as a private Chef. First located in Chicago , New York and my last

placement Dallas Texas.

With my Grandmother. In Africa and finally at Tante Marie Cordon Bleu School of cooking in Woking. Learning in every working experience . Continuing.

A cooking secret...

Keep tidy, clean and quiet. Make sure all produce is fresh .Food is stored properly in fridges. And food is seasonal.
