Get to know me better

I am love food and am passionate about cooking.

I am a trained chef, having undergone a culinary arts degree. I started cooking at the age of 12 years old for my household of eight and haven’t looked back since. I entered culinary school at age 18 which allowed me to develop my cooking technique, expand my menu repertoire and pallet. I have worked in prestigious culinary establishments such as Skylon and the Buckingham Palace.

My passion comes from seeing the satisfaction people get when they eat my food and also from the process of getting a dish and flavour that were in my head on a plate. I frequently host dinner parties at my house as I love the social aspect that can be created with food. I recently started documenting my cooking and dishes on social media as I love taking people on the journey of me making dishes. This has brought about many questions and request for me to provide cookbooks and private dining for others.
