Chef Stoyan is a well known and award winning private chef. Originally from Bulgaria, this is where he started his journey in cooking Traditional food with Mediterranean/Oriental influence.
Stoyan attended French Cooking school and ran restaurants in Bulgaria , Norway and UK. In order to broaden his horizons in 2012, he moved to London which many believe is the UK's food capital, to learn more skills and gain knowledge. Stoyan is a founder of "Cotswold catering" ,worked as a Head Chef in top London restaurants and has been a part of a private events team cooking comfortably Japanese fine food, French, British, Mediterranean and more.
