I am a chef with over 10 years experience. I started out when I was 15 & worked my way through a couple of kitchens. Working my way up from commis chef to Chef Patron. I was Chef Patron of a high end gastropub, cooking good, refined food, all focused around using the best of Scotlands larder. I have since left my job to focus more on private dining.
