Giorgio, hailing from Italy, and Agata, with her Polish flair, have combined their home flavors with a dash of modern twist.
We share love for diverse flavors, influenced by childhood memories and globetrotting adventures, which sparked a dynamic culinary duo. Together, we harmonize the essence of their heritage into innovative creations, infusing traditional Italian and Polish tastes with a delightful twist.
Giorgio started his journey in Puglia, passing through villages, osterias and hitting the world-renowned restaurants Osteria Francescana, Noma and Kol, where diverse cusines and flavours and techniques have been developed.
Agata, having studied in the high-profile culinary school Le Cordon Bleu, working in prestigious restaurants such as Disfrutar, Nopi, Arco and Kol. This joint experience has allowed her to develop a range of cooking skills from modern European cusine to contemporary Middle Eastern. She's also creating menus for one of the most recognizable restaurant in Poland, LEON.
