I'm a 24-year-old chef , from
Senegal to Spain and now to the
vibrant streets of London.
Growing up in Senegal, I was
surrounded by rich flavors and a
warm community that celebrated
food as a centerpiece of culture
and connection. This early
exposure sparked my passion for
cooking, and I knew I wanted to
make a career out of it.
