I am an Italian woman, professional chef grew up with passion for good quality food. I've always liked to cook everything from scratch using fresh and seasonal ingredients at high standards. My professional career began in London in 2015 in Gordon Ramsey group, ME London luxury 5 star hotel and never stop since then. I have been working in many venues through the years in London, then I moved to Malta, Fuerteventura and last Glasgow. This allowed me to discover new flavours and different cuisines and also to improve my skills, cooking techniques and work also occasionally in small catering events and private dining. Thanks to my strong passion for baking, I decided when I was in Malta to create my own sourdough born the 15/06/2018 that I use for all my baking.

I am now working as private and catering chef to have the chance to fully express my passion for cooking offering tailor made experience for any occasion in the comfort of customer home/venue. Everything i propose will be made from scratch by myself.
