I am a professional chef with a broad range of experience ranging from Michelin Star and AA rosette restaurants to exclusive events in private households and stately homes, predominantly as a senior chef but also with strong FOH exposure and knowledge. I have a passion and proven track record for providing an exceptional guest experience. Comfortable with dealing with clients who require subtle and discreet service and with specific dietary and nutritional requirements. I am skilled in many different areas of cuisine and have a personal interest in sports nutrition and healthy eating.
