Chef Sid's love affair with food started at a very early age. His passion for cooking was ignited after watching his mother, his biggest influence as a chef. He moved to London to pursue his dream and it was at Langan's Brasserie, London that Chef Sid developed his culinary style. Chef Sid loves to experiment and inject creativity into the kitchen at all times. He has worked in kitchens over the world and is currently the Executive Chef at a Knightsbridge-based fine dining restaurant, where he oversees the Knightsbridge and other West London branches.
