Passionate about natural and tasty cookery and cooking from scratch, using healthy and organic ingredients
I am a professional private chef, and studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine for a Natural Chef Diploma. I have worked in the catering industry in a number of roles for many years, and for the past four years have worked as a private chef for a number of high net worth clients, working either alone or in conjunction with professional nutritionists to align with clients' dietary and nutritional requirements. I always work with the highest quality ingredients and place great importance on using organic and locally sourced produce to enhance taste and nutritional value for my clients. I am originally from Brazil and my style of cooking is a fusion between Latin American and European culture, although I can cater to a range of requirements and tastes.
