I am a professional chef with 17 years of experience and a wide set of skills acquired by working in many countries, currently working at 3 Michelin star restaurant where I get to display my skills as well as learning new techniques. My style of cooking is based on simple ingredients that will showcase the favours at their best, at the same time they look absolutely stunning.
