Cooking professionally for over 11 years, catering for weddings, private dinners, hunting parties & much more
Professional chef of 11 or so years, usual story started off as a pot wash and worked my way up to head chef level in various establishments over the years. I would describe my cooking as modern but with classic old school flavours. Have worked privately for the last two years for various clients and sports personalities alike. Regarding the service & menus all our menus are all inclusive meaning guests can pick any dish they like from each course, our pricing always includes a waitress who will be on hand to help with the service, topping up drinks and ensuring the guests can relax and enjoy the evening. We even take care of the dishes too!
