A chef, a chemist and a cookery tutor, who loves all cuisine but will always gravitate to seasonal foods.
Became a self-taught chef who worked in restaurants including stages in Michelin star restaurants, after a career as a chemist and consultant. Then trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine in 2020. Now a private chef and the owner of a cookery school. Loves to inspire young people into cookery. Passionate about all things pastry, seasonal food and reducing food waste.
