My journey has taken me through some of the most prestigious kitchens, including Boury in Belgium, Opheem in Birmingham, Park Hyatt in Dubai, and Kimpton in Glasgow. I have also traveled extensively to expand my culinary expertise, drawing inspiration from different cuisines and techniques. I have a deep passion for cooking with wood and coal, using it as a means to enhance flavors and create very unique experiences.
