My journey has seen me thrive in professional kitchens, launch intimate COVID supper clubs, and deliver unforgettable private dining experiences, all of which have solidified my passion for food.

In my previous roles, I have developed a reputation for my expertise in large meat dishes, party catering, and multi-course lunch and dinner events. My culinary style focuses not only on flavour but also on presentation, ensuring that each dish is a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. 

During the pandemic, I successfully ran exclusive supper clubs, providing guests with an immersive dining experience that emphasised safety, comfort, and culinary excellence. These events allowed me to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, ensuring that each event was both memorable and compliant with health guidelines.
