I am a Portuguese professional chef working in London since 2017. My first position in London was at the Chiltern Firehouse, where is stayed for 3 years. Have a held different positions in a few restaurants and currently I am chef consultant and freelancer.

I love cooking and reading about food. I love to create new dishes and re-invent Portuguese tradicional meals. I enjoy cooking with seasonal products and creating dishes using wild products like mushrooms and berries.

This is my first private chef experience and it has left me some incredible memories! Chef Rodrigo was very creative in terms of flavour combination and presentation. And he clearly is very passionate about cooking and fine dining, the interaction with him was very fun, interesting, and we learned a lot of the stories behind his menu. Highly recommend!
