I am a Portuguese professional chef working in London since 2017. My first position in London was at the Chiltern Firehouse, where is stayed for 3 years. Have a held different positions in a few restaurants and currently I am chef consultant and freelancer.
I love cooking and reading about food. I love to create new dishes and re-invent Portuguese tradicional meals. I enjoy cooking with seasonal products and creating dishes using wild products like mushrooms and berries.
