Trained at Leiths School Food and Wine, has since worked in a plant-based restaurant, worked in street food and served as the head chef for a café. I also work for catering companies, prepping food for shoots, and head cheffing events and weddings. I am a private chef, where I meal prep, and cater for private dinners and canapé events.
