I am proud to have been in the opening team of 7* hotel Burj Al Arab, Dubai and worked on Princess cruises in the Mediterranean and Alaska.

I am available to cater for Dinner Parties, Freezer Filling, hampers for Christmas, cocktail parties and Cooking lessons covering a wide range of cuisine including classical French, Chinese,Thai, Italian, Indian, Mexican.

For me cooking is an expression of the land where you are the culture of that place, and my secret in the kitchen is always using the best quality ingredient with innovative idea and superb skill.
