I'm a professional chef, i went to chef school to south Africa for a year, with many training in my bags. I stated my career in the restaurant with chef Steve Edward after two years, i joined a dream opening team in the one and only cape in the Maize restaurant under the leadership of chef Gordon Ramsey and chef Philip.
working in many different places and the chateaux Relais in Bantry bay( Ellerman House as a senior sous chef).
i went to Lagos at circa non Pareil for a year, after come back in cape town to open the nines restaurant with chef Amber. I worked at Silo with chef Veronica before to be relocate in the UK in London.
