Get to know me better

I have over 40 years experience at 2 rosette level and still look for new and innovative ideas. I am passionate about all aspects of the kitchen.

With 40 years in both managerial and chef positions I now have the time and passion to give to private cooking and am comfortable teaching and advising clients whilst cooking for them.

I have always cooked to a two rosette standard and forever creating new and modern dishes as well as the old classics.

Cooking has been a part of my life since I was 16 it never disappears and I still learn each day.

I have a wide knowledge working in France and Bermuda in my early days progressing to executive chef of five star country house hotels.

A cooking secret...

I enjoy using fish and focus on its delicate textures and flavours. I also have a great passion for desserts.
