Chef Paola Leto

My name is Paola, and I hail from the picturesque region of South Italy. For 25 years, I honed my culinary skills as a chef in my family's Italian restaurant, where I developed a deep passion for traditional Italian cuisine. In 2014, I made a significant move to the UK, where I now work as a private chef for events, parties, and celebrations.

Cooking is in my blood. My family's culinary journey began with my great-grandparents, who were private chefs for an aristocratic family. My grandmother continued the legacy by running her own trattoria, offering locals a taste of traditional Italian dishes. This love for food was passed down to my parents, who opened a restaurant specializing in fish-based dishes.

Inspired by my family's rich culinary history, I decided to pursue a career in cooking, determined to carry forward our traditions and culture. As a private chef, I take pride in bringing the authentic flavors of Italy to every event I cater, creating memorable dining experiences that celebrate the essence of Italian cuisine.
