My name is Pan I have been working as a private chef in London for a handful of years now. I have been cooking for dinner parties, corporate events and social events like hen/stag do's and baby showers.
My cooking is inspired by the cuisines around the Mediterranean Sea and Middle East (I'm Greek!) and my yiayia's cooking when I was growing up. Simple, fine, bursting with flavour and love.
