Professional and passionate extremely versatile chef, with the experience, the knowledge and the desire to delight at and around the dinner table,
My name is Pablo, and my entire life has been surrounded by passion for cooking, I have worked in every position imaginable since the age of 12 at my family’s restaurant, serving on tables and doing the washing up, passing through many different positions along my career: Kitchen porter, waiter, bartender, floor manager, and finally chef.
For the last 12 years I've been working at fine dininng restaurants and preparing luxury banquets at Mandarin Oriental London, learning from the best in the industry. I've also worked for a short time at compaby's properties abroad as part of a cross trininng: Southamerica, Hong Kong.
There is virtually no food I can't do so please bring on the special requests.
Food safety is at the top on my priorities list, so be assured I will take all the messures and protocols to keep us safe.
