I’m a versatile and adaptable individual with a varied background of over 15 years in the areas of arts, education and hospitality. Born and bred in Buenos Aires, Argentina, I have found my Latin American, Spanish & Italian heritage a great source of inspiration. I’m dedicated, passionate and knowledgeable, with a constant hunger for learning and personal development. My career is focused on delivering excellent and successful guest experience, quality assurance, team development and operations management. After almost 10 years in the hospitality and food production industry, many of those cooking and supervising operations, I finally ran and lead a busy city centre kitchen for 2 years before opening my own family restaurant. I keep looking to improve and develop my recipes, always open to learning from new and different cuisines. I'm also a mixology enthusiast as well as being trained in food & beverage pairings.
