Get to know me better

Cooking is my passion, I eat sleep cook repeat which has been a dream of mine since I was 12, I'm always happy to explain food to people!

I am a professional chef from Bristol UK, I have been in the culinary work for 10 years. I have worked in all different aspects of the culinary world, from working in hotels, restaurant, contract catering kitchens and event catering with some fine dining on the side!

I love all foods but I say my specialities are South American, Caribbean and Asian cuisines. I say that but I enjoy cooking all cuisines as they are all just as amazing as the other! I do love street food flavours and I am constantly experimenting new dishes at home.

Started working as a KP at 14 years old on the weekend and fell in love with the whole industry as soon as I was allowed to pick up a knife and prep.
