Many years at Michelin level upto 2 Stars Specialise in Seasonal taste menus, ingredient driven with Some Asian influences, I run my own supper club.
I am Passionate about quality, seasonal driven menus.I cook at an extremely high level, i have just sold my restaurant in Warwick after 10 years.
I cook for many UHNWI throughout UK and sometimes France and Spain message me to discuss your requirements.
My dishes have Asian influences I describe my food as British Omakase. So loosely based around the Japanese concept of leave the menu to the chef but using British seasonal produce.
