Many years at Michelin level upto 2 Stars Specialise in Seasonal taste menus, ingredient driven with Some Asian influences, I run my own supper club.

I am Passionate about quality, seasonal driven menus.I cook at an extremely high level, i have just sold my restaurant in Warwick after 10 years.

I cook for many UHNWI throughout UK and sometimes France and Spain message me to discuss your requirements.

My dishes have Asian influences I describe my food as British Omakase. So loosely based around the Japanese concept of leave the menu to the chef but using British seasonal produce.

A way of life, i am for ever searching out local artisans to embellish my menu and dishes which creates a brilliant story for each dish.

I learned to cook at...

I have worked at Le Manoir Quat Saisons, Gidleigh Park, Cliveden, The Walnut Tree, Isle of Eriska, Knockinaam Lodge all michelin star properties.

A cooking secret...

I treat all my ingredients with respect do as little to them as possible so the ingredient shines through.
