Food whether cooking eating or being around it, its just the best thing to do..

I started cooking at home with Mum, then went to culinary school, from there into professional kitchens across the UK, working with some fantastic chefs and managers in iconic properties. Working from the lowest position in the kitchen right up to Executive Chef position over the course of my career, to managing a team of 30 chefs across three kitchen's on Lord Marche Estate at The Goodwood Hotel.

Opening the Royal Shakespeare Theatre in 2010 as Executive Chef having the honor of cooking for the Queen on the her state opening of the RSC Theatre in 2011.

Always looking for new ideas, produce and food to keep the journey going..
