I have been working in the indusrty for the past 17 years. In this time i have been lucky to work under soem very tallented chefs and in areas of the idustry that some wont ever get chance to experience. I have wrote and released my own cook book, am in the process of planning to open up my own restaurant and already director of Bechamel Market Kitchen in Leeds that covers catering, photography and decor support to private clients and the events industry.
