An experienced chef with over 18 years in the hospitality industry and a real passion for good food. I have worked in some amazing places, from ski resorts in Austria and France, country hotels and rosette restaurants to large events in some of London's most stunning museums and palaces. From intimate private dining and event catering to modern, cook-at-home meal kits. I am equally inspired by preparing a romantic dinner, making party nibbles and canapes, catering for meetings or conferences, or a once-in-a-lifetime event.
