I am Murry Lane a professional chef train in central London in some high pressured fine dining kitchens like La Pont DeLa Tour, The Green House, Texture, The Bingham Hotel. i have also worked in Dubai in Atlantis hotel and other 5* hotels like the opening of the Queen Elisabeth 2 as a hotel in Dubai in there fine dining restaurant as head chef. I love seasonal ingredients and taking the time to make my plates look simple but beautiful. less is more for me focus on the main flavours.
