Hi, my name is Mitch and I am a private chef / caterer. I started working in kitchens from 15, following in my dad's footsteps, I started as a pot washer and eventually worked my way up to junior sous chef whilst working across different establishments. I recently made the jump to become a private chef so I can express my knowledge and expertise to people from the comfort of their own home. From a 3 course sit down intimate meal with your loved one to a buffet or bbq for a special occasion, I've got you covered. I can design bespoke menus and also offer set menus to cater for all dietary requirements and personal preference to ensure you have an amazing meal.
