A personal chef with over 20 years’ experience and well known private chef profile – specialises in catering for casual, gastronomic home dining in and around Bath and throughout Somerset and South West.

As a passionate chef I get guidelines, I learn from watching and also trying new techniques to make his own way of cooking. Then I practices my own recipes, improves, gets better and listens to your flavor palette. There are no limits to my culinary creations, taking flavors and textures into the next level.

From a young age, I always had a burning passion for food. I started my culinary journey by immersing myself in the vibrant flavors of different cuisines. I traveled the world, exploring the culinary traditions of France, Italy, Asia, and the Mediterranean, honing my skills in each culinary language.

I always knew that I would become a private/personal chef who would provide people with my personal service, sharing my skills, teaching and showing my own recipes I have learned over the years in my clients own home or holiday accommodation.

I am proudly talking to my client's about many great chefs I have been working with such as Marco Pierre White, Rick Stain, Angela Hartnett or Matt Gillan. Im proud that I was able to work with this chefs as a team, creating many great recipes, to learn, making mistakes and to get better. My client's can feel my passion and they love my loyalty.

My esteemed repertoire includes cooking for high-profile events, including private gatherings for the Royal Family at Highgrove House Tetbury.

My attention to detail for sourcing the most wonderful and delectable ingredients translates into the much-loved dishes I create, ensuring that my customers are treated to an unrivaled culinary experience. My clients are greeted by oversized presentation cubes that are used to display my freshly made breads, homegrown ingredients, cheeses selected by the master fromager, pots of wild herbs and reels of freshly churned butter.

I spends time working on new menus, the core of which celebrates the

tastes and textures of each individual item of produce and utilizes them in unique combinations.

From fine dining to garden parties and weddings to corporate entertaining, I guarantee the highest levels of creative cooking and impeccable professional service, with great value for money and all the cleaning after the service.
