I have been working as a professional chef for 6 years onboard private and charter yachts, personalizing menu's and cooking all meals for guests and owners according to their preferences and dietary requirements.
Although I have not had any formal training, I have had many years of "on hand" experience and I am constantly striving to better myself through online courses and experimenting at home.
I have experience in Mediterranean, Asian, Italian and American, just to name a few.
