Chef Michal Dyrek

I’m very passionate, ambitious and professional chef who cook from whole heart, with love and respect to food, tradition recipes, flavours and others working in the kitchen. After I’ve graduated from the culinary college, I was very fortunate to work with the greatest chefs in the UK.

I gained my experience, knowledge and cooking techniques through years of working with Michelin Star Chefs level, like Raymond Blanc or Atul Kochhar.

My specialty is Indian and Sri Lankan cousin, however I also enjoy a lot cooking traditional French, Italian or Polish cusine, using my heritage recipes.

I’m very creative and confident chef so I would cook adding my personal touch, taste and creating real master pieces, it all depends on customers requirements and needs.
