We are a team of highly motivated chefs who regularly cater for a range of bookings to suit all needs.
Personally I have worked in Wales’ best restaurants and hotels, including multiple rosette rated and Michelin star kitchens. I have also achieved 2 Culinary Olympic medals as part of the Welsh Culinary team and has the opportunity to cook for the Prime Minister at 10 Downing Street, as part of St David’s day celebrations to showcase the best of Wales. .
We work as a team of chefs to cater for different style events.
