started cooking at the age of 15, worked around restaurants and hotels and decided to get into private catering. its a different prospect of cooking its one to one, the clients get to see what your cooking, get to know the chef who is cooking for them. you get that interaction with the client that you wouldn't get at a restaurant. they get sit back and relax and enjoy top quality food at there doorstep and the wow factor.
