I am a professional Italian chef with 15 years of experience. I grew up in a family of chefs, where food was a way to connect and express ourselves. I graduated from culinary school in 2012, and in 2014, I moved to London. There, I had the opportunity to practice many different cuisines, from Caribbean to Japanese. Now, I want to start developing my own dishes to refine my palate and truly define my culinary identity.
